NEW BUSINESS: <br /> APPLICANT: Albert and Joyce Jewell. <br /> Applicant requests a metes and bounds subdivision. <br /> Ms. Barajas explained the Staff Report. She also stated that the surveyor had submitted a <br /> new survey with new legal descriptions after the Staff Report had been completed and <br /> printed. There are now three parcels, not just one. Tract B on the new survey may not be <br /> 10%forest as required by the Ordinance. Dividing the parcel into 3 parcels may be a <br /> plat. <br /> A motion was made by Bill Habein, seconded by Mark Hallan,to approve the three <br /> tracts. <br /> Roll Call Vote: Mr. Habein: Aye;Mr. Williams: Nay;Mr. Adams: Nay; Mr. Hallan, <br /> Nay;Mr. Varilek: Nay; Mr. Pederson: Nay. Tom <br /> Adams stated he could accompany Staff either Wednesday or Thursday. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> APPLICANT: Sibley Acres. <br /> Applicant was represented by Kevin McCormick, Landecker and Assoc. He stated that <br /> the"T"works better than the cul-de-sac. The busses work and snow removal will be <br /> easier.
