I will summarize their comments and concerns: <br /> .. 1. Care will need to be taken during layout to prevent encroachment of setbacks. <br /> 2. Lot Coverage-adequately addressed. <br /> 3. Parking-adequately addressed. <br /> 4. Trees-due to grading to achieve contours shown on the plans, additional trees <br /> may need to be planted to replace trees removed. <br /> 5. Developer should be required to provide a better detailed grading map prior to <br /> `-' construction. <br /> 6. Infiltration basins-adequately addresses 100-year, 24-hour storm event. <br /> 7. Berm-The berm will need to be constructed to retain storm water. <br /> 8. Future Storm Sewer-recommend installation of storm sewer piping as indicated <br /> on the site plans. <br /> 9. SWPPP-need to obtain a copy of approved SWPPP. <br /> '- 10. Individual Sewage Treatment System(ISTS)-Need to receive a Certificate of <br /> Compliance for existing system. This ISTS was originally designed for 20 <br /> employees and may need to be expanded. <br /> 11. Fire Sprinkler System-Developer may want to contact the State Fire Marshall. <br /> 12. Streets-recommend connection to TH 371. <br /> Prior to permit issuance, I will need to receive: <br /> 1. Copy of approved SWPPP. <br /> 2. Certificate of Compliance for ISTS. <br /> 3. Application fee. <br /> Prior to construction, I will need to receive: <br /> 1. Better detailed grading map. <br /> The permit will be issued per our prior agreement where you stated you will deliver the <br /> permit and witness the removal of the barbed wire. The past due City utilities have been <br /> paid. <br />
