Mr.Marohn has a working draft available. <br /> Members would like to see words on paper and be a part of the process. Mr. Marohn <br /> explained that he would like to meet with PLADO and the Chamber first. <br /> A motion was made by Karl Moon, seconded by John Derksen,to recommend a 12 <br /> month moratorium on any Planned Unit Developments, and amended to include <br /> subdivisions within one(1)mile of the TH 371 and County Road 11 intersection. Roll <br /> Call Vote: Mr. Habein: Aye; Mr.Nelson: Nay; Mr. Williams: Nay;Mr. Moon: Aye; <br /> Mr. Derksen: Aye;Mr. Adams: Nay. 3-3. Mr. Woog: Aye. 4—3. Motion carried. <br /> A moratorium on all permits was discussed. Commission members requested a copy of <br /> the working draft of the new ordinance. Mr. Marohn will get the draft out with their <br /> packets next month. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> A motion was made by Karl Moon, seconded by John Derksen,to accept the June <br /> Minutes as read. All members voted"aye". <br /> A motion was made by Karl Moon, seconded by Marty Nelson,to accept the July <br /> Minutes as read. All members voted"aye". <br /> PLANNING AND ZONING ADMINISTTRATOR'S REPORT: <br /> Permits and Correspondence: <br /> Bittner pointed out the 13 Permits issued in July and the 14 letters that had been sent. <br /> Commission members pointed out that the tone of the letter to Lakes State Bank was a <br /> little harsh and violation letters should be toned down in the future. <br /> 1.
