APPROVAL OF MINUTES: The Minutes of the June meeting were not included in the <br /> Staff Report and will be included in the Staff Report for the August Commission <br /> meeting. <br /> P&Z ADMIATISTRATOR'S REPORT: <br /> Ms. Bittner pointed out the 5 June permits and the 7 letters sent out. <br /> Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: <br /> 1. John E. MacGibbon: Mr. Marohn met with City Attorney Tom Fitzpatrick and <br /> Mr. Fitzpatrick is going to contact Mr. MacGibbon. <br /> 2. Lee Holk: Staff visited property and dog kennel has been removed <br /> 3. Steve Johnsen: The treehouse has been removed from the tree, but not out of SIZ. <br /> 4. Roger Langenbau: Staff directed to see if all items on his signed agreement have <br /> been met. <br /> 5. Johnathan and Theresa Acosta: Mr. Marohn will contact them by phone. <br /> 6. Harold H. Buschmann: Grant Walker has agreed to meet with Mr. Buschmann to <br /> help remedy this violation. <br /> City Council Minutes are included in their packets. The Commission would like more <br /> detail. Mr. Woog requested the Clerk include summary discussion in the Minutes. <br /> The Draft Comprehensive Plan will be on the City Council Agenda. Staff was directed to <br /> remind all of the Commission Members of that meeting. <br /> A motion was made by Karl Moon, seconded by Tom Adams, to adjourn the meeting. <br /> All members voted"aye".
