Staff is to meet with the <br /> Whitty's and discuss stabilization methods. <br /> A motion was made by Karl Moon, seconded by Dean Williams,to table this matter. All <br /> members voted"aye". Motion carried. <br /> c. Crow Wing County Land Sale: Staff explained the request from the County Land <br /> Commissioner. A motion was made by Karl Moon, seconded by John Derksen,to direct <br /> Mr. Marohn to write a letter to Mr. Cowell regarding the direct sale to adjacent property <br /> owner. Roll Call Vote: Mr.Habein: aye;Mr. Williams: nay; Mr. Moon: aye; Mr. <br /> Derksen: aye; Mr. Adams: nay. Motion carried. 3 -2. <br /> d. Dotty Brothers: Mr. Marohn explained their existing buildings were permitted but <br /> should have been a PUD. PUD's are not allowed in the Ordinance. A motioin was made <br /> by Karl Moon, seconded by Tom Adams,that Dotty Brothers use is consistent with uses <br /> in the Industrial Park and is a permitted use under the Ordinance. All members voted <br /> "aye". Motion carried. <br /> e. Wilderness Resort: Mr. Marohn explained that the resort has been sold to a developer <br /> who wants to move 6 additional units onto the property. They requested 12 which would <br /> need a CUP. The Ordinance allows for 6 additional units without a CPU. They will <br /> move in 6 additional cabins and agreed to remove sites by the lake. <br /> f. Chris Greer: Mr. Greer requested clarification of green, Forest Preservation, portion of <br /> his property on the Integrated Growth Map. He wants to be sure he can divide his <br /> property into less than 10 acre parcels. The Integrated Growth Map is not a Zoning Map. <br /> His property is currently zoned Wooded Residential allowing him to subdivide into <br /> smaller lots. <br /> g. Survey Standards for Small Lots: Mr. Marohn explained that the Commission needs <br /> to start thinking about future requirements for surveys. Would they be required on all <br /> applications? Small lots? In the downtown—transition area? When footprint is <br /> changed?
