M Section 6. Additional Duties. The Officers of the Corporation shail pertorm such duties and functions as may from time to time be required by the Board of Directors, the bylaws or rule� and regul�tions of the Corporation. Section 7. Eiection or Appaintment. The President, Vice-President, Secretary and Financial Officer shall be elected at the annual meeting of the Board of Directors from among the �oard membership and shall hold office for one year or until their successors shalf be elected by #he baard. Section 8. Vacancies. Should the office of Presidenfi, Vice- President, Secretary or Treasurer become vacant, the Board of Dire�tors shall elect a successor from among the Board membership at the next regular meeting, and such election shatl be for the unexpired term of said office. Section 9. Additional Personnel. The Baard of Directors may, from time to time, employ such personnel as it deems necessary to exercise it's powers, duties and functions as prescribed by the laws of the state of Minnesota applicable thereto. ARTICLE 3 - MEETINGS Section 1. Annual Meetinq. The annual meeting of the Board of Directors of the Corporation shalf be held at 6:30 p.m. on the third Tuesday Qf�at the regular meeting place of the Corporation. In the event such date shall fall on a legal holiday, the annua! meeting shall by held on the first following date convenient to the membershi� . of the board. Section 2. Special Meetinqs. Special meetings of the corporation may be called by the President for the purpose of transacting business of the Corporation.
