A majority of Director� sh�ll cor�stitute a quc�rum for the purpose of conducting i#s bt�siness and exercising its powers and for ali other purposes. By this transf�r, all us�s ar�d purposes for which assets were received ar�d he�d, as onrell �s intended, continue to be fulfiiied.
