AE2S will endeavor to provide a meaningful evaluation of the <br /> alternatives and opinions of associated costs as appropriate for this level of study effort. <br /> However, an additional detailed study may be necessary prior to implementation of <br /> specific improvements. <br /> Anticipated Engineering Fees = $3,500 <br /> Task 5: Preparation of Wastewater Treatment System Assessment Report and <br /> Presentation <br /> Representatives of AE2S will prepare a letter report with the findings from the above tasks. <br /> In addition to preparation of the report, AE2S will schedule strategic review meetings with <br /> appropriate City personnel during preparation of the document. AE2S will also present the <br /> draft document to the appropriate City Stakeholders for review and comment and revise <br /> the document as necessary. <br /> Anticipated Engineering Fees= $2,200 <br /> Task 6: Preparation of Wastewater Treatment System Facility Plan Report and <br /> Presentation <br /> Representatives of AE2S will prepare a Facility Plan Report for the Pequot Lakes <br /> Wastewater Treatment System. The purpose of the Facility Plan report would be to: 1) <br /> develop and evaluate alternatives and associated opinions of costs for modifying and <br /> expanding the City's existing wastewater treatment system, conceptual alternatives would <br /> include consideration of the expanding the treatment capacity as necessary to <br /> accommodate wastewater influent from identified neighboring communities; 2) provide <br /> opinions of probable construction costs and estimated operation and maintenance costs <br /> for the primary alternatives; 3) present and discuss a recommended alternative and <br /> associated probable project costs; and 4) meet the technical requirements of the MPCA <br /> and requirements for funding consideration under the SRF program. <br />
