MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> Council Member Akerson indicated that he would like all contractors to be <br /> allowed to bid on the project regardless of their relationship to city employees. <br /> It was suggested that the annual road review be put on the April agenda. <br /> 8.1. February Water/Wastewater Report <br /> Report presented by Tina Harrington. <br /> 8.2. Water Extension/Hook-up for It Figures <br /> Tim Houle reviewed the proposal to extend water to property owned by Warren <br /> Sunderland. He explained that the property owner and the City would split the <br /> cost for the extension and engineering fees. Council Member Akerson stated that <br /> he would like Brett to get another quote for the directional boring of the water <br /> mains. <br /> `-' COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED TO HIRE WSN TO PREPARE <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE PROJECT. COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> 10.1. Consider Proposal for Engineering Services for City Hall Building Remodeling <br /> Tim Houle presented a proposal for architectural and engineering services for the <br /> city hall building remodeling. He noted that since the proposal was prepared, he <br /> has been asked to do more work than what is listed in the proposal. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER JOHNSON MOVED TO TABLE APPROVAL OF THE <br /> PROPOSAL FOR THE CITY HALL BUILDING REMODELING UNTIL THE <br /> APRIL COUNCIL MEETING. COUNCIL MEMBER PFEIFFER SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> 10.2. Proposal for Engineering Services for Highway 371 Improvements <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED TO APPROVE THE PROPOSAL FOR <br /> ENGINEERING SERVICES WITH WSN FOR THE TH 371 PROJECT.
