Mallie Law Office Proposal <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO APPROVE THE CONTRACT FOR <br /> PROSECUTION SERVICES WITH MALLIE LAW OFFICE FOR 2004-2006. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER JOHNSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br /> CARRIED 7-0. <br /> 9.3. Consider Pay Increase for Police Employee <br /> The Chief of Police requested a $.50 pay increase for Trina Marana because she <br /> did not receive the normal six-month increase. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO APPROVE A $.50 PAY <br /> INCREASE FOR TRINA MARANA. COUNCIL MEMBER JOHNSON <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> 9.4. Chief of Police Conference <br /> The Chief of Police requested authorization to attend the 4-day Police Chief <br /> Conference April 19-22. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO APPROVE THE REQUEST BY <br /> THE CHIEF OF POLICE TO ATTEND THE ANNUAL POLICE CHIEF <br /> CONFERENCE. COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. <br /> MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> 12. Other Business <br /> The Mayor thanked Ron Schaefer for donating a community sign to the City. <br /> Council Member Sjoblad gave an update on the 30 Lakes Water Shed meeting. <br /> He suggested that someone attend the next meeting. <br /> 13. Adjournment <br /> There being no further business, COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED TO <br /> ADJOURN THE MEETING. COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION.
