City Council Minutes <br /> February 23, 2004 <br /> Page 2 <br /> ---------------------------- <br /> Pequot Tool - Looking for two lots within the next 18 months. <br /> Discussion was held regarding the cost to extend sewer and water through the <br /> park. An estimate of$325,000 was given by Dan Anderson of WSN. Discussion <br /> was also held regarding the cost of the remaining lots in the industrial park. <br /> It was the consensus of the Council to follow up on these issues as soon as <br /> possible. <br /> Brandon Anderson of Lonesome Cottage requested the Council to give some of <br /> its JOBZ zone designation to property located in Breezy Point for his business. <br /> The Council took no action on this request. <br /> The City Council decided to discuss these issues again following the MnDOT <br /> decision on the highway and after the City has had time to look into costs for <br /> extending infrastructure through the park. <br /> There being no further business, the special meeting of the City Council adjourned at <br /> 4:20 p.m. <br /> Res ectfully submitted, <br /> 7 e?- <br /> Sandra A.
