The items are numbered for ease of referencing them (i.e. they are not in any kind of ranked importance). Please refer back to the March 23, 2005 and July 19, 2005 memo's for more details. In this memo, we have attempted to summarize/remove text on the items that are non-controversial or where agreement has been reached. Questions and outstanding issues between the City and MnDOT are shown in italics. General 1. The TH 371 Committee has met periodically since January of this year. The City Council has conducted two Workshops to review the Committee's work- one on March 23 (generally the south"half") and the other on July 19 (generally the north "half'). 2. This item included a listing of TH 371 Committee Members. Other interested parties in attendance have included representatives from the school district and local businesses. 3. The project has gone through the Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS)phases. 4. Discussion on how funding availability can impact schedule as well as the number and limits of construction phases.
