Bidding <br /> Prepare an Advertisement for Bids and submit to the Construction Bulletin, <br /> the Echo Newspaper, and the Brainerd Daily Dispatch Newspaper. <br /> Issue Contract Documents to bidders, address bidders' questions, issue $2,900 <br /> addenda as required, attend the bid opening, and prepare a tabulation of <br /> bids and a recommendation of award. <br /> `.• City is to pay any advertisement costs. <br /> Total Through Bidding: Lump Sum $71,500 <br /> X.
