COUNCIL MEMBER <br /> PFEIFFER SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> Council Member Greer requested that trees be provided for the Park <br /> Board to be used in the City Park. <br /> 11.3. Consider Proposal for Crack Sealing <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO ACCEPT THE PROPOSAL <br /> FROM ANDERSON BROTHERS FOR CRACK SEALING AT $4,717.00. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER BOLZ-ANDOLSHEK SECONDED THE MOTION. <br /> MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> 11.4. Consider Request to Put in Culvert at Peguot Boulevard <br /> Mike Loven indicated that he has received a bid for bituminous gutter and <br /> culvert work at Pequot Boulevard to divert the drainage. He indicated that <br /> the water would be diverted to Mr. Lien's property. Mike further indicated <br /> `.. that Mr. Lien does not want the water diverted to his property. Discussion <br /> was held regarding the drainage problems in the area being larger than <br /> what the culvert would fix. It was noted that the culvert would divert the <br /> water drainage from Rob LaRose's property. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO INSTALL A CULVERT AT <br /> PEQUOT BOULEVARD. COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION. <br /> Council Member Ryan questioned Mr. Lien if he would be interested to <br /> giving a drainage easement to the City or possibly selling the City some <br /> property for drainage purposes. Mr. Lien indicated he was not prepared to <br /> answer the question. Mr. Lien did indicate that he was interested in <br /> meeting with the City regarding the issue and a meeting date of May 12tH <br /> was scheduled. <br /> The Council decided not to act on this issue until a meeting was held with <br /> Larry Lien. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD WITHDREW HIS MOTION AND <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN WITHDREW THE SECOND. THE MOTION <br /> DIED. <br />
