NNF- <br /> (d) Prior to the issuance of a liquor license, the applicant shall demonstrate proof of <br /> financial responsibility as defined in Minnesota Statutes Ch. 340A and such proof shall <br /> be filed with the Commissioner of Public Safety. Any liability insurance policy filed as <br /> proof of financial responsibility under this Section shall conform to Minnesota Statutes <br /> Ch. 340A. Operation of a facility without having on file with the city at all times effective <br /> proof of financial responsibility is cause for revocation of license. <br /> (e) An alcoholic beverage license shall not be reissued to any licensee who has held a <br /> license for a period of two years or more without using said license by engaging in the <br /> business of selling alcoholic beverages on the licensed premises pursuant to said license <br /> for a continuous period of thirty(30) days or more. <br /> (f) The application for an off sale intoxicating liquor license is subject to approval by <br /> the state Department of Public Safety. Before such off sale license shall become <br /> effective, the application therefore, together with the required insurance policy, shall be <br /> approved by the Liquor Control Commissioner. <br /> Section 18. Sunday license. <br /> (a) A Sunday license may be issued to restaurants and clubs holding on sale <br /> intoxicating liquor licenses permitting such establishments to sell intoxicating liquor on <br /> sale between the hours of 10:00 a.m. on Sundays and 1:00 a.m. on Mondays. <br /> (b) Such license shall be issued in accordance with the statutes and ordinances <br /> applicable to the issuance of on sale intoxicating liquor licenses. <br /> Section 19. Beer sales. <br /> Licensees holding on sale licenses, <br /> ?' on sale wine license may make sales of beer and malt liquor which does not <br /> exceed seven(7)percent alcohol by weight. <br /> Section 20.
