(a) Applications for intoxicating liquor licenses shall be made to and filed with the <br /> City Clerk. On sale applications shall be made on forms prescribed by the City Council. <br /> Off sale applications shall be made on forms prescribed by the Liquor Control <br /> Commissioner. All forms shall be supplied by the City Clerk. The Council may require <br /> applicants to furnish information in addition to that contained in the written forms. In addition to containing <br /> such information, the application shall be in the form prescribed by the Liquor Control <br /> Commissioner and shall be verified and filed with the City Clerk. No person shall make a <br /> false statement in an application. <br /> MEMENTMeCoity <br /> Council and/or its Committee shall have at least thirty(30) days from and after receipt of <br /> the application and surety bond for review and examination of the application and surety <br /> bond prior to granting or denying issuance of a license.
