This is a specifications list for a 3300 square foot, four unit <br /> office building which is to be built in the Paquot Lakes •- <br /> industrial park for Phillip and Jodi Schott, P,F,S, design. <br /> - Excavation for a five foot frost foundation on the entire <br /> building. Grade and level the lot for water drainage, <br /> - An asphalt parking lot with 4" class 5 and 2" asphalt. <br /> - The building to have a concrete block foundation with 2" <br /> rigid insulation around the perimeter, A 4" concrete slab <br /> through-out and a concrete sidewalk along the entire front <br /> of the building, <br /> - The exterior walls and party walls will be framed with 2" x 6" <br /> studs and interior walls will be framed with 2" x 4" studs all <br /> to be 5'-1 1/5" in height, Engineered roof trusses for the <br /> entire roof at a 6/12 pitch. Roof and- wall sheathing to be <br /> Ii!" orientated strandboard or equal, <br /> - Windows to be Marvin Integrity clad windows with wood <br /> interior, Exterior wood trim on the front of the building. <br /> - Exterior doors to be metal insulated, painted and finished, <br /> with wood' trim on the front of the building. <br /> - Exterior siding to be stucco with 'cultured stone and wood <br /> trim accents on the front of the building. <br /> - The fascia will be cedar with pine v-joint soffit, stained <br /> and varnished for exterior use. <br /> - Soffit vents shall be 2" continuous on all eaves and <br /> shingle-over ridge vent on all ridges. <br /> - 5ui lding Felt to be 15 pound felt with weatherwatch ice <br /> and water shield at all eaves and valleys. <br /> - Roof shingles to be 250 pound timberline asphalt shingles. <br />
