All City-issued equipment and property shall be retuened upon severance from �- service. Ail equipment purchased with the uniform allowance which is of the same type as the equipment listed in this Section 13.3 shall also be returned upon severance from service. ._ I3,4 In the event #here are changes to a specific style or color of uniforms and/or equipment, and it is mandated by the City of Pequot Lakes, the City shali purchase alI necessary uniforms (minimum of two sets) and/or equipment. Should a uniform became damaged while in the duty to the City it shall be replaced at no cost to the employee or a decrease in the empioyee's annual uniform allowance.
