If the bargaining unit, as a group, chaoses ta have group <br />dental and vision insurance coverage for employees, employees may participate <br />upon payment of the manthly premium payment by all bargaining unit employees. <br />14.3 Employees who work an average of thirty (30} hours per week or more shalt <br />receive pro-rata Employer contribution based on their anticipated scheduled hours <br />of work for the year. <br />14.4 Retirees.
