MAYOR MALECHA <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. <br /> Staff report presented by Chuck Marohn. Mr. Marohn addressed items 7.1 <br /> through 7.5. Council discussion pursued regarding the rezoning requests. <br /> MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL MOVED TO ADOPT THE ORDINANCE <br /> SUMMARY FOR PUBLICATION FOR ORDINANCE 06-18 AMENDING <br /> THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP. COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> 7.6. Reconsider Request to Rezone Property from Forest Management to <br /> Commercial — Dan Couture <br /> Staff report by Chuck Marohn. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO DENY THE REQUEST TO <br /> REZONE PROPERTY OWNED BY DAN COUTURE FROM FOREST <br /> MANAGEMENT TO COMMERCIAL. COUNCIL MEMBER PFEIFFER <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. <br /> Council Member Ryan indicated that according to the City Attorney, the <br /> property was previously zoned commercial. Discussion was held <br /> regarding the City Attorney's opinion and the report from Chuck Marohn. <br />
