COUNCIL MEMBER PFEIFFER <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. <br /> Council Member Ryan indicated that according to the City Attorney, the <br /> property was previously zoned commercial. Discussion was held <br /> regarding the City Attorney's opinion and the report from Chuck Marohn. <br />
