City Council Minutes <br /> January 3, 2006 <br /> Page 7 <br /> ---------------------------- <br /> ■ Consider a fee for management of on-site commercial sewer <br /> systems and review costs and liabilities <br /> • Review reason for unmetered water and sewer usage <br /> • Review need of demolition fee <br /> • Mete and Bounds— Clarify explanation by using the words greater <br /> than or less than <br /> • Verify correct fees for greater than 10 acres and less than 10 acres <br /> • Note that all professional fees be billed out at the same rate the <br /> City pays <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER BOLZ-ANDOLSHEK MOVED TO APPROVE THE <br /> 2006 FEE SCHEDULE WITH THE ABOVEMENTIONED ISSUES BEING <br /> REVIEWED BY STAFF. COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> 10.2. 2005 Final Budget Report <br /> Nancy Malecha reviewed the final budget report for 2005. Ms. Malecha <br /> reviewed the reasons that funds were over budget. The Council accepted <br /> the report. <br /> 10.4.
