COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> 10.2. 2005 Final Budget Report <br /> Nancy Malecha reviewed the final budget report for 2005. Ms. Malecha <br /> reviewed the reasons that funds were over budget. The Council accepted <br /> the report. <br /> 10.4.
