AAgprove Job Description and Wage for Part time Officers <br /> Report by Chief Braam. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO APPROVE THE PART <br /> TIME OFFICER JOB DESCRIPTION AND WAGE OF 90% OF THE <br /> CURRENT PAY SCALE FOR POLICE OFFICER(CURRENT WAGE <br /> FOR PART TIME OFFICER WILL BE $14.22 PER HOUR). COUNCIL <br /> MEMBER NAGEL SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> 9.2. Administrative Fines <br /> Chief Braam reviewed information regarding the Administrative Fines. He <br /> shared information from the State Auditor, the Attorney General and the <br /> City's Attorney. After considering all opinions, the Council consented to <br /> move forward with issuing administrative fines for traffic violations. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO ADOPT ORDINANCE 06-10 <br /> RELATING TO THE ENFORCEMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE <br /> OFFENSES AND ISSUANCE OF PENALTIES RELATED TO THESE <br /> OFFENSES. COUNCIL MEMBER GREER SECONDED THE MOTION. <br /> MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 06- <br /> 19 ADOPTING 2006 ADMINISTRATIVE OFFENSE PENALTIES. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL SECONDED THE MOTION. Police Vehicle <br /> Chief Braam informed the Council that he has an opportunity to purchase <br /> a 2001 Durango 4X4 Police vehicle from the White Earth Tribal Police <br />
