Board of Appeal Reminder <br /> The Clerk reminded the Council of the Board of Appeal meeting on May <br /> 16, 2006, at 10:00 a.m. <br /> 10.5. Update from Ray Niemann on Performance Reviews <br /> The Clerk presented a draft policy for the performance review process. <br /> The Clerk indicated that if the Council concurred with the draft she would <br /> work with Mr. Niemann on the implementation of the performance review <br /> process. <br /> It was the consensus of the Council to approve the draft policy and move <br /> \.. forward with performance reviews. <br /> 11. Maintenance Supervisor's Report <br /> Report by Mike Loven. <br /> Council Member Greer suggested that the maintenance department plant <br /> trees to create a berm between the maintenance yard and adjoining <br /> property. <br /> 12. City Engineer's Report <br /> 12.1. Highway 371 <br /> Discussion was held regarding the property owners in the vicinity of the <br /> Sibley Street Intersection who will be affected by the Highway 371 project. <br /> The Council decided to hold a meeting with the property owners in this <br /> vicinity on May 23`d at 6:00 p.m. <br /> PPL List <br /> Tim Houle updated the Council on the PPL list process. He noted that the <br /> projects under consideration are the sanitary sewer improvements related <br />
