FOR CLEANING <br /> SERVICES OF CITY HALL AT $350 PER MONTH. COUNCIL MEMBER <br /> SJOBLAD SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> Council Member Greer requested that a reference check be done on the <br /> company. <br /> 11.3. Update on Fish House <br /> Mike Loven indicated that the City ran an ad for the sale of the fish house. <br /> The ad indicated that whoever purchased the fish house would have to <br /> remove it from the site. He indicated that there were no responses to the <br /> ad. Mike Loven informed the Council that the power and utilities have <br /> been disconnected and that he was having it tested for asbestos prior to <br /> demolishing the building. <br /> David Kennedy requested to rent the building. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED TO TABLE A DECISION ON THE <br /> BUILDING DEMOLITION FOR ONE MONTH AND TO RUN AN AD FOR <br /> PROPOSALS TO RENT THE BUILDING FOR ONE WEEK. COUNCIL <br /> MEMBER NAGEL SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> 11.4. Street Projects <br /> Mike Loven updated the Council on the 2006 Street Projects. He indicated <br /> that funds are available in the budget to add the following projects to the <br /> street projects: <br /> • Water tower Drive - $10,218.80 <br /> • East McGill Street - $16,515.22 <br /> • East Hubbard Street - $15,867.70 <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO ADD THE FOLLOWING <br /> PROJECTS TO THE 2006 PROJECT LIST. <br /> • WATER TOWER DRIVE - $10,218.80 <br /> • EAST MCGILL STREET - $16,515.22 <br /> • EAST HUBBARD STREET - $15,867.70 <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER BOLZ-ANDOLSHEK SECONDED THE MOTION. <br />
