Ordinance Amendment to Increase Impervious Coverage Limit, RV Resort <br /> Overlay District <br /> Dawn Bittner, Zoning Administrator, presented the staff report. Ms. Bittner <br /> indicated that the City of Pequot Lakes is requesting an ordinance <br /> amendment to increase the impervious coverage limit in the Resort <br /> Overlay District. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED TO ADOPT ORDINANCE 06-08 <br /> AMENDING SECTION 6.3 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO <br /> CORRECT INCONSISTENCIES AND ADD IMPERVIOUS COVERAGE <br /> LIMITS. COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD SECONDED THE MOTION. <br /> MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED TO APPROVE SUMMARY <br /> PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE 06-08. COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> Council Member Ryan questioned the progress on the extractive use <br /> moratorium. Lisa Barajas indicated that the Planning Commission is still <br /> gathering information on the issue. <br /> Council Member Greer questioned procedure on violations. He questioned <br /> whether it would be possible to get pictures of the violations. Dawn Bittner <br /> indicated that it would be very expensive to print photos to send to all <br /> Planning Commission and Council Members. It was suggested that the <br /> pictures be e-mailed. <br /> 7. Fire Chief Report <br /> Report by Chief Nelson. <br /> 3.8. Fire Protection Agreement <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED TO APPROVE THE FIRE <br /> PROTECTION AGREEMENT BETWEEN NISSWA AND PEQUOT <br /> LAKES. COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL SECONDED THE MOTION. <br /> MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> 8. Water/Wastewater Supervisor's Report and 2006 Yearly Goals <br /> Report and 2006 yearly goals presented to Council. <br />
