Motion to accept the Revised 2009 Budget Moved by Ness, Seconded by Ritter, All Ayes; Motion carried. The 2013 Annual Plan was given to the Board. It will be open to the public & discussed at the December Board Meeting. xParkView No Business *Alpine Still trying to get together with Birchdale that handles our security system and discuss the project of locking the entry doors with the FOB system Executive Director's Report. �"' None *Maintenance En�ineer's Report None XOther Business Ready for snow. Maintenance contractor is waiting for the State to schedule the test to become certified. There was a boiler issue in Sibley but it was reset and was working at capacity with only one tenant even noticing that there was an issue. *Open Forum Mayor Adams thanked everyone that voted for her and is looking forward to the next two years. The water has still been having the discolor issue.
