Trade and technical <br />programs are needed, as well as health care and engineering. Our young <br />people need career paths. There is a disconnect between education and career <br />community. Create internship program with school; <br />Entrepreneurial development is key — We need to support initiatives; <br />Existing businesses — We need expansion as well as retention; <br />
