Health Insurance <br /> The Clerk informed the Council that the North Central Service Coop, of <br /> which the City is a member, has voted to switch from Blue Cross Blue <br /> Shield to Health Partners. The Coop went out for bid and Health Partners <br /> came in the lowest. The Clerk requested the Council to authorize the <br /> move. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL MOVED TO CONTRACT WITH <br /> HEALTHPARTNERS FOR HEALTH INSURANCE BEGINNING <br /> OCTOBER 1, 2006. COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 6-0. <br /> 12.5. Highway 371 <br /> The Clerk informed the Council that MnDOT is ready to meet with the <br /> Council in a work session to discuss the Highway 371 issue. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED TO CALL A SPECIAL MEETING <br /> OF THE CITY COUNCIL FOR AUGUST 22, 2006, AT 6:00 P.M. TO <br /> HOLD A WORK SESSION WITH COUNCIL, STAFF AND MNDOT TO <br /> DISCUSS THE HIGHWAY 371 ISSUE. COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 6-0. <br /> 12.6. Government Drive Update <br /> The Clerk informed the Council that the City did not receive the grant from <br /> Congressman Oberstar for the Government Drive Project. <br /> 12.7.
