Copy Machine Lease Agreement <br /> The Clerk noted that three quotes have been received to lease a new <br /> copy machine for the Clerk's Office. She indicated that this is a budgeted <br /> item. The lowest quote is $349.28 per month. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER BOLZ-ANDOLSHEK MOVED TO APPROVE THE <br /> LEASE OF A SAVIN 8035 COPY MACHINE FOR 48 MONTHS WITH <br /> IKON OFFICE SOLUTIONS AT $349.28 PER MONTH. COUNCIL <br /> MEMBER SJOBLAD SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5- <br /> 0. <br /> 9.5. Office Assistant <br /> The Clerk indicated that the Janet Wedan will be moving from the Clerk's <br /> office to the Police Department sometime in April. She indicated that the <br /> `.- Comparable Worth Committee reviewed the job description of the office <br /> assistant and concurred that there would be no change in the pay scale <br /> and that the points would move from 149 to 141. The Clerk requested to <br /> advertise for the position for 30 hours per week. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER BOLZ-ANDOLSHEK MOVED TO AUTHORIZE THE <br /> CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR AN OFFICE ASSISTANT FOR THE <br /> CLERK'S OFFICE AT 30 HOURS PER WEEK. COUNCIL MEMBER <br /> SJOBLAD SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 9.6. Resolution in Support of the Fire Tower <br /> Mayor Malecha indicated that the City has been working with the DNR to <br /> negotiate a way to transfer the Fire Tower Property, 40 acres, from the <br /> DNR to the City. She noted that the city would be requesting help from our <br /> legislators. The Mayor also indicated that the City has been receiving <br /> letters of support in this endeavor from the community. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 06-06 IN <br /> SUPPORT OF RETAINING FIRE TOWER PROPERTY AS FORESTED <br /> LAND. COUNCIL MEMBER PFEIFFER SECONDED THE MOTION. <br /> MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br />
