City Council Minutes <br /> September 5, 2006 <br /> Page 4 of 11 <br /> ---------------------------- <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER BOLZ-ANDOLSHEK MOVED TO APPROVE A <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR THE RV RESORT VILLAGE AT THE <br /> PRESERVE BASED ON THE FINDINGS OF FACT AND 7 CONDITIONS <br /> LISTED IN THE PLANNING COMMISSION REPORT TO THE MAYOR <br /> AND CITY COUNCIL DATED AUGUST 24, 2006. COUNCIL MEMBER <br /> PFEIFFER SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> 7.3. Preliminary Plat of the RV Resort Village at the Preserve, applicant Dan <br /> Helblin <br /> Staff report by Dawn Bittner. Ms Bittner indicated that the Planning <br /> Commission recommends approval of the preliminary plat based on <br /> several findings of fact and one condition. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO APPROVE THE <br /> PRELIMINARY PLAT OF THE RV RESORT VILLAGE BASED ON THE <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT AND 1 CONDITION LISTED IN THE PLANNING <br /> COMMISSION REPORT TO THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL DATED <br /> AUGUST 24, 2006. COUNCIL MEMBER BOLZ-ANDOLSHEK <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> 7.4. Rezoning Request from Medium Density Residential to Downtown Mixed <br /> Use <br /> Staff report by Dawn Bittner. Area affected includes parcels bounded by <br /> West Grove Street to the north, Oak Street on the west, Brown Street on <br /> the south and Spruce Street. The Planning Commission is recommending <br /> that the area be rezoned to urban residential based on five findings of fact. <br /> 7.5. Rezoning Request from Wooded Residential to Commercial, City of <br /> Peguot Lakes - Applicant <br /> Staff report by Dawn Bittner. Area affected includes property owned by <br /> Bret Sergent and William Buss. The Planning Commission recommends <br /> that the property be rezoned to urban residential based on five findings of <br /> fact. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER BOLZ-ANDOLSHEK MOVED TO ADOPT <br /> ORDINANCE 06-17 AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP FOR <br /> THE CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES. COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. <br />
