The Crafters Mall cannot begin construction until comments are received from MnDOT. <br /> Mr. Helbling has met with MnDOT engineers and they have made no recommendations. <br /> He stated this could be handled through the CUP. <br /> Finding of fact to support motion: Comments indicate the City has insufficient <br /> information to make determination,postpone determination for 30 days and require <br /> comments from MnDOT. <br /> SCOTT PEDERSON ARRIVED AT 7:17 p.m. <br /> Development west in Cass County is also increasing traffic at this intersection. <br /> ROLL CALL VOTE: Mr. Habein: Nay; Mr. Williams: Aye; Mr. Adams: Aye; Mr. <br /> Hallan: Nay; Mr. Varilek: Nay; Mr. Pederson: Abstained; Mr. Derksen: Aye; Mr. <br /> Woog: Aye. Motion to table carried. 4—3. <br /> The need for better answers from MnDOT is not the developers fault. <br /> APPLICANT: Dan Helbling <br /> Applicant requests a Conditional Use Permit for the RV Resort Village at the <br /> Preserve. <br /> Applicant was present.
