COUNCIL MEMBER PEDERSON SECONDED THE <br />MOTION. <br />Discussion pursued regarding the possible extra work load on the City <br />Clerk. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED TO AMEND THE MOTION TO ADD <br />THAT THE CLERK'S SUPERVISION OF THE ZONING <br />ADMINISTRATOR BE REVIEWED BY THE COUNCIL IN SIX MONTHS. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br />CARRIED 5-0. <br />MOTION AS AMENDED CARRIED 5-0. <br />
