The committee is presenting a pay structure for Council <br /> review which includes a 2.5% cost of living increase for <br /> each position. <br /> Council Action Requested: <br /> The Job Evaluation Committee is recommending that the <br /> Council take the following actions: <br /> 1. Job Points — Change job points for Office Assistant <br /> Supervisor from 141 to 155 <br /> 2. Job Points — Change job points for Office Manager <br /> from 186 to 195 <br /> 3. Part Time Police Officer - Remove the part time <br /> Police Officer from the pay structure, maintain the wage of <br /> $14.75, and that future increases are based on <br /> recommendations from the Chief of Police. <br /> 4. Pay Scale — Amend pay structure for positions of <br /> Office Manager and Office Assistant <br /> 5. Pay Structure — Consider 2008 Pay Structure <br />
