Request to Close City Offices November 23rd and December 24th <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL MOVED TO ALLOW THE CLERK'S <br /> OFFICES TO CLOSE ON NOVEMBER 23RD AND DECEMBER 24TH <br /> WITH THE STIPULATION THAT ANY EMPLOYEE NOT WORKING ON <br /> THOSE DAYS MUST USE VACATION TIME, PERSONAL TIME, OR <br /> COMP TIME. Council Work-Session <br /> The Clerk informed the Council that a work session would be held on <br /> \., October 16, 2007 at 6:00 p.m. to discuss the utility rate study. <br /> 10.7. Water/Wastewater Supervisor <br /> The Clerk informed the Council that the interview team for the <br /> Water/Wastewater Supervisor is recommending that the Council hire Todd <br /> Anderson for the position. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL MOVED TO OFFER THE POSITION OF <br /> WATERIWASTEWATER SUPERVISOR TO TODD ANDERSON AT <br /> STEP SIX OF THE PAY PLAN, WITH A COST OF LIVING INCREASE <br /> ON JANUARY 1, 2008, AND A MOVE TO STEP SEVEN OF THE PAY <br /> PLAN IN SIX MONTHS CONTINGENT ON A SUCCESSFUL SIX <br /> MONTH PROBATION PERIOD.
