Mr. Marohn would have to calculate under 10 yards of material moved. The <br /> Cease and Desist Order was issued because the site today does not look like what <br /> Staff anticipated. Grading for access to dock was discussed and included in <br /> approval, not grading through to the lake. Mr. Marohn also stated that the <br /> resulting rip rap is not properly placed, not a proper slope and no fabric was <br /> placed. The ice is going to knock this around and push it into the yard. There is <br /> no easy way to shore this up. <br /> Ann Beaver, President of Cullen Lakes Association, was sent. Mr. Woog <br /> asked her if she had any feedback on possible restorati .passed out <br /> additional pictures she had taken from the lake on 15.
