Applicant was present. Staff explained that they had constructed a deck on the <br /> approved parking pad without a permit. This requires an after-the-fact permit and <br /> fine. It is not a wetland violation,just construction of a deck without a permit. It is a <br /> riparian wetland and we don't know if it meets the setback from the OHW. Applicant <br /> is not appealing the after-the-fact fee. The plastic storage shed is used as a fish house. <br /> Staff and applicant will need to determine if the deck and fish house meet the OHW <br /> setback through a site plan.
