Staff passed out pictures of the sensitive ice ridge taken <br /> before and a the shoreline alteration. He explained that they were not <br /> permitted to create a beach,just access to the dock. Mr. Marohn stated that a <br /> letter had been received from the Cullen Lakes Association. <br /> Mr. Pahl stated they had taken pictures during construction. When they found the <br /> rocks,they phoned Mr. Marohn's office. The rocks that are there now are the <br /> same rocks found in the ice ridge. Dock access was discussed. He stated they <br /> had placed a berm at the top of the slope to prevent storm water from the yard <br /> reaching the lake. The berm is hard to see in the pictures.
