City Council Minutes <br /> August 7, 2007 <br /> Page 11 of 12 <br /> ---------------------------- <br /> State law allows the City to determine the number of licenses. The Council <br /> discussed the fact that it did not have enough information from Mr. Dotty <br /> to determine if another off-sale license should be allowed. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED TO TABLE UNTIL FURTHER <br /> INFORMATION IS RECEIVED. COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 10.4. Health Insurance Renewal <br /> The City Clerk requested the Council to approve the renewal for Health <br /> Insurance with HealthPartners beginning October 1, 2007 to December <br /> 31, 2008. She reviewed the rate increases with the Council. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER ORASKOVICH MOVED TO AUTHORIZE THE <br /> RENEWAL WITH HEALTHPARTNERS THROUGH NCSC FOR HEALTH <br /> INSURANCE BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2007 THROUGH DECEMBER <br /> 31, 2008. COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD SECONDED THE MOTION. <br /> MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 11. Maintenance Supervisor's Report <br /> Report received by Council. <br /> 11.1. Request to Begin Process for Library Expansion <br /> The Clerk noted that this item would be tabled until further information is <br /> gathered. <br /> 13. Other Business <br /> Wendy Canniff and Dave Canniff spoke about the Highway 371 project <br /> and its affect on their property along County Road 11. They indicated they <br /> were not informed of any meetings on this issue, that there is a page <br /> missing from the EIS and suggested building an underpass under <br /> Highway 371. <br /> 12. City Engineer <br /> Tim Houle discussed the "brown water" issue with the Council. He <br /> indicated that several tests were taken and it is assumed that the brown <br /> water is a result of a chlorine gas in the pipes which breaks down the <br />
