Mike Loven recommended the Park Board purchase a different head for the water sprinkler in order to water Drew's garden so water does not have to be carried by hand. The cost would be $250.00. COMMISSIONER JURCHEN MOVED TO APPROVE SPENDING $250.00 FOR A SPRINKLER HEAD AT TRAILSIDE PARK TO WATER DREW'S GARDEN. COMMISSIONER TWEED SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 3-0. 4. Discuss Proposed Improvements to the Bobber Tower Park Del stated Brian Koslofsky got a quote from Jeff Mongolian for building the 13' high, 6' wide, 5' deep chair for the Bobber Park. Jeff quoted a price of $2,450.00 which was less than other quotes received. The Park Board discussed funding for completing the park. The Clerk reminded the Park Board that it was their intention to use Park Dedication funds to complete the park. She also noted that the Council must approve the use of those �. funds. COMMISSIONER TWEED MOVED TO RECOMMEND AN EXPENDITURE OF $2,450.00 FOR HAVING THE CHAIR BUILT FOR BOBBER PARK AND FURTHER THAT THE REMAINDER OF THE PARK IMPROVEMENTS BE FUNDED THROUGH PARK DEDICATION FUNDS IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $15,000. The Park Board discussed the amount of funds necessary to complete the work. It was the consensus that according to the park plans approximately. $12,000 - $15,000 would be necessary to complete the park improvements. COMMISSIONER JURCHEN SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 3-0. 5. Playground Equipment for Trailside Estate Park Faye Tweed gave a presentation of the playground equipment that has been picked out for the Trailside Estate Park. Equipment Includes squirrel, 4-way rocker, slide, swings, bike rack & hoop.
