Commission or the Zoning Administrator. The proposed amendment allows <br />appeals of any of those bodies to be filed with the City clerk within i5 days of a <br />�- decision. The City Attorney has suggested this be the minimum number of days <br />allowed to file an appeal as it is consistent with the appeal process in the <br />subdivision section of the ordinance. <br />The Planning Commission is recommending the proposed ordinance <br />amendment be approved. <br />3. WAC/SAC Policy. Tim Houle (WSN) presented the draft WAC and SAC <br />ordinances at the meeting. The Planning Commission supports the Economic <br />Development Commission's suggestion of adopting a WAC & SAC policy which <br />bases fees on existing and future uses of a property. <br />4. Mayo Lake Land Donation. The Planning Commission is in favor of accepting <br />the land on the south end of Mayo Lake as a donation to be used for a passive <br />park.
