Explained how the sign concept plan submittal is <br />currently allowed by conditional use permit for commercial properties only. The process <br />is both costly and lengthy. <br />The proposed amendment allows property owners the ability to increase the number, size <br />or height of signage on their property in the CommerciaUIndustrial districts and the <br />Residential district with approval of the Planning Commission via sign concept plan.
