The carpet for the meeting room was discussed. The carpet squares idea was brought up 111
<br /> and pros and cons were compared. The decision was tabled until June.
<br /> Rickard asked what the policies for our member's pictures for the new board. A decision
<br /> to wear blue shirts and take the photos outside was made. The project will be completed
<br /> before the fourth of July.
<br /> There will be an Officer's meeting at 6:30 pm on April l lth at the hall. Hose testing is
<br /> planned for Saturday April 28th starting at 8:00 am. The children's Easter egg hunt will
<br /> be Saturday, April 10th at 2:00 pm
<br /> Oaks motioned that we purchase 10 new plastic tables from the pancake fund before our
<br /> breakfast. This has been discussed several times in the past, but no progress has been
<br /> made. The motion was seconded by Loven, and passed unanimous.
<br /> A mock car accident with injuries is scheduled to be done before the school spring prom
<br /> to help students be aware of what can happen by drinking and driving. The demonstration
<br /> will be Thursday, April 12th, at 10:00 am. The cars will have to be arranged for and other
<br /> details need to be planned. Fire fighters Oaks, Szymanski, Peterson H, Nordby, Bridge,
<br /> Rickard, Varilek, Knutson, Evenson, Kirk Larson, Schwankl, Natasha Carlson,
<br /> Wasserbauer, Wilson, and Zins volunteered to help. Final details will be discussed at the
<br /> Officer's meeting on April 11th
