Swo�n Law Enfo�cement Of acer�s: Sworn Law Enforcement Officers= <br />subject to the provisions of Pequot Lakes Police Department Manual shall be <br />subject to �#e provisions of this policy manual; unless this policy <br />specifically indicates that said officers are subject to certain provisions of the <br />Pequot Lakes Police Department Manual or in cases where the Pequot Lakes <br />Police Department Manual is more specific. <br />9. Fire Fi hters: Volunteer Fire Fighters subject to the provisions of Pequot <br />Lakes Volunteer Fire Department Organizational Statement shall be subject to the <br />provisions of this policy manual, unless this policy specifically indicates that said <br />fire fighters are subject to certain provisions of the Pequot Lakes Volunteer Fire <br />Department Organizational Statement or in cases where the Pequot Lakes <br />Volunteer Fire Department Organizational Statement is more specific. <br />10. Union Contracts: Where these policies differ from urovisions <br />found in a valid bargainin� a�reement, the lan�ua�e in the bar�ainin� <br />agreement shall be followed. For issues not addressed in the bargaining <br />agreeme�t, the provisions of this policv manual shall apply. <br />2.
