i. The City of Pequot Lakes Land Use Ordinance permits and supports the <br /> use of this type on this site for the recreational vehicle park. <br /> b. Cumulative Potential Effects of Related or Anticipated Future Projects <br /> i. There are no anticipated future projects in the area, which is zoned for <br /> low-density development. <br /> c. The Extent to which the Environmental Effects are Subject to <br /> Mitigation by Ongoing Public Regulatory Authority <br /> i. The City of Pequot Lakes Planning has review of permits required by the <br /> City related to this project, with the City of Pequot Lakes having final <br /> review authority over these permits. The permits include, but are not <br /> limited to: <br /> 1. Conditional Use Permit for <br /> 2. Preliminary Plat of the RV Resort Village <br /> 3. Final Plat of the RV Resort Village <br /> ii. Other permits required for this project include,but are not limited to,the <br /> following: <br /> 1. Stormwater permit from the MPCA <br /> 2. Permitting from the Department of Health <br /> 3. Permitting on sewage treatment from the MPCA <br /> d. The Extent to which Environmental Effects can be Anticipated and <br /> Controlled as a Result of Other Environmental Studies Undertaken by <br /> Public Agencies or the Project Proposer, or of EISs Previously <br /> Prepared on Similar Projects <br /> i.
