- Attaining an NPDES stormwater permit. <br /> - A determination on the adequacy of the storm shelters <br /> - Completing final restrictive covenants and/or deed restrictions. <br /> - Submission of a lighting plan. <br /> - Finalizing an approach to addressing issues concerning the Blandings turtle. <br /> We are requesting the following additional information from the applicant so that an evaluation <br /> of the proposed development can proceed: <br /> - A drawing showing what land is designated as open space. <br /> - A drawing showing areas that have greater than 25%slope. <br /> - A drawing showing what has been considered as impervious coverage. <br /> - Information as to how screening/buffering is to be provided for areas listed as <br /> concern in Finding of Fact#15. <br /> - A preliminary water system design (in the form of a feasibility study, if not a <br /> complete design). <br /> - A preliminary wastewater system design ((in the form of a feasibility study, if not a <br /> complete design). <br /> - A preliminary evaluation of drainage patterns and runoff. <br /> - A preliminary grading plan. <br /> - A rudimentary plan for how solid waste is to be handled on site. <br /> - A draft of covenants or deed restrictions. <br /> - An indication of the amount and proposed location of signage. <br /> - Documentation of the composition of a typical site. <br /> In addition, between now and the next meeting we will be continuing to review the <br /> Environmental Assessment Worksheet and requesting additional information or clarification <br /> from the applicant. We anticipate through this process that we will be able to resolve issues <br /> concerning the status of Hurtig Road, Highway 371 and the Blandings turtle, as well as other <br /> outstanding issues.
