The red-osier dogwoods placed at each side of the shoreline can be cut back every <br /> three years, if necessary, so they don't diminish the view from the house. These <br /> must be replaced should they happen to die prematurely. Additional shrubs can <br /> be added. A complete list can be obtained from City Hall and/or the SWCD. <br /> 6. The weeds and plants growing through the rocks may not be pulled. They may be <br /> pruned. <br /> 7. The City of Pequot Lakes will inspect this restoration area in the spring and fall of <br /> 2008 and 2009. Any part of this restoration project that may deteriorate,must be <br /> restored per the recommendation of the Crow Wing County SWCD. <br /> I will notify you of the results of our inspections.
