common sewage disposal system meeting the requirements of MPCA Rules <br /> Chapter 7080 and Crow Wing County Zoning Ordinance Article 37. <br /> D. All non-conforming systems shall be brought into conformance. <br /> E. Sewage tanks being abandoned shall be thoroughly pumped and filled with <br /> soil. <br /> F. All owners of individual sewage treatment systems shall have the system <br /> assessed or inspected every 3 years according to State Rules Chapter 7080 and <br /> Crow wing County Zoning Ordinance 37. <br /> i. The person assessing or inspecting the system shall provide to the <br /> City a statement that the system appears to be in good working <br /> order or specifying any defects discovered and the date such <br /> defects were/will be corrected. The form shall also indicate if the <br /> septic tank was pumped. <br /> ii. The Zoning Administrator shall maintain a file by legal description <br /> and shall notify any delinquent property owner when 6 months <br /> have elapsed beyond the required period. <br /> iii. The Zoning Administrator, or assistant, shall have the authority to <br /> verify the assessment or inspections and/or conduct <br /> inspections on behalf of the City. <br /> `-' All members voted"aye".
