A screening plan shall be submitted to Staff within two weeks consistent with the requirements of Section5.8, Subdivision I and shall be provided for review by the Planning Commission. Once acceptable to the Planning Commission, the plan shall be fully implemented. 5. Stormwater that flows through the excavation and restoration area shall be diverted and/or retained prior to flowing through the area. 6. Within seven days of the site restoration, all disturbed material shall be secured by hydroseeding. 7. All restoration work, including implementation of the screening plan, shall be completed within 60 days. 8. The applicants shall pay the $150 shoreline alteration fee and a$750 after-the- fact fee. 9. The applicant shall pay the City's costs of enforcement and administering the conditions of this approval. APPLICANT: City of Pequot Lakes Applicant requests an Ordinance Amendment to Modify Criteria Governing Individual Sewage Treatment Systems (ISTS) Mr. Schmidt explained the Staff Report. A motion was made by Tom Adams, seconded by Mark Hallan,to recommend Section 4.5 Building Standards and Section 7.7 Sanitation Standards be amended as follows: 4.5 Building Standards. 6. Sewage treatment systems shall conform to Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Standards- Chapter 7080 and Crow Wing County Zoning Ordinance Article 37. and 7.7 Sanitation Standards. 2. Domestic Sewage. A. All plumbing shall discharge into a municipal sanitary system if available. B. All designs shall be submitted on Crow Wing County forms. C.
