He also indicated she would like this <br /> application tabled this month to coordinate the regulation of dogs and cats in both <br /> portions of the City Code. Staff will meet with the City Clerk and bring back new <br /> language for consideration. <br /> Mayor Adams asked the Planning Commission for clarification of Animal Husbandry in <br /> the Rural Residential District. The Matrix indicates Animal Husbandry is a Conditional <br /> Use in the Rural Residential (RR) zone. There is a property owner who currently has <br /> horses in the RR zone and does not have a Conditional Use Permit. Mr. Marohn <br /> explained that it is an existing use and if it were a new use, it would require a Conditional <br /> Use Permit. The use was existing at the time of the Sibley Township annexation.
