The two signs are located within MN/DOT right-of-way. <br /> I contacted Ken Larson, Maintenance Specialist for MN/DOT,who offered the following <br /> guidelines: <br /> 1. The Chamber may place banners to welcome the Governor and other visitors on <br /> the two "Welcome to Pequot Lakes" signs(one at the north end of the City and <br /> one at the south end of the City); <br /> 2. The banners would be allowed 2 to 3 weeks prior to the event; <br /> 3.
